Construction

Crafted from high-grade female tooling, the hull and superstructure are engineered for precision and longevity. The hull benefits from U.S.A.-made Cook® gel coat and hand-laid Knytex® fiberglass, with a closed-cell PVC sandwich core in the topsides. Below the waterline, construction transitions to solid fiberglass, where blister-resistant vinylester resin is employed in the first two laminates and arimid fiber reinforcements add strength. The superstructure features an end-grain balsa core with surface mats to reduce print-through, ensuring a flawless finish. Teak graces the aft and side decks, while the boat and fore decks are finished with GripTex® non-skid for secure footing. The bulwark presents molded plank lines with a gel coat finish, and polyurethane-formulated marine sealants are applied at hull-to-deck and boat deck joints as well as around exterior fittings. Structural integrity is further enhanced by marine-grade plywood bulkheads paired with molded fiberglass hat section stringers, and the interior is appointed with teak veneer walls and cabinetry finished in a refined satin varnish.

Saloon

Entering the saloon from the fully covered aft deck through double-welded aluminum weather-tight doors, you are welcomed into a bright, inviting space enhanced by large opening windows to port and starboard and in the aft bulkhead, all accented with teak valances, curtains, and coordinated roller blinds. There is also a custom screen for the aft deck doors. To starboard, an L-shaped settee pairs with a free-standing hi-lo dining/cocktail table to transition effortlessly from relaxation to dining, while to port, two Ekornes Stressless chairs with ottomans and three stacking tables create an elegant conversation area. The forward bulkhead hosts the entertainment center, and KEF speakers deliver rich, balanced sound throughout the saloon. Galley

The open-faced galley is positioned forward of the saloon on the starboard side, offering generous storage, ample counter space, and a large opening window that welcomes natural light and sea breezes. Its culinary suite features a GE 18 cu. ft. stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a Viking four-burner propane stove and oven, a GE Profile stainless steel dishwasher, a GE Monogram trash compactor, a GE Profile convection oven, and a Raritan ice maker, all supported by an Aqua Pure water purifier serving both the galley and the ice maker.

Owner stateroom with ensuite

Guest head

Electronics and entertainment

MANDEVILLA is equipped with a comprehensive electronics suite anchored by three Furuno NavNet 3D MFD-12 chartplotter/radar monitors—two in the pilothouse and one on the flybridge—driven by a Furuno DRS6A 6KW 64NM radar with a 4' open array. Position, awareness, and control are assured by a Furuno FA50 Class B AIS transponder with an 8' whip antenna, a Furuno NavPilot 511 autopilot paired with a Furuno NavPilot 5201 autopilot remote, and two Furuno GP-320B GPS/WAAS receiver antennas. Depth and environmental intelligence flows from Furuno NEMA 0183 depth and temperature, an Airmar DT800 NEMA 2000 depth and temperature sensor, and a Furuno FI503 NEMA 2000 depth display, complemented by a Maretron WSO100 NEMA 2000 wind/weather unit. Reliable communication comes via two ICOM IC-M604 VHF radios with three ICOM remote mics serving the pilothouse, flybridge, and galley. The NavNet network is neatly integrated through a Netgear 5-port 12V switch, while onboard connectivity is enhanced by a CIsco wireless router and a Shakespeare Wi‑Fi antenna.

Entertainment is equally refined, centered on a network-enabled Samsung 37" HDTV in the saloon, paired with a Samsung BluRay network player and a Triax digital TV antenna feeding a Yamaha RX-A2000 network Surround Sound A/V receiver. Electrical

Power on board is anchored by a Northern Lights 12 kW generator enclosed in a sound shield (1704 hours), supported by a Victron MultiPlus sine wave inverter/charger rated at 3000 VA and 120 A and overseen by a Link 10 battery monitor. Starting power comes from one Deka AGM GPL-8DL engine start battery and one Deka AGM GPL-4DL generator start battery, while ship’s service is handled by four Victron AGM batteries, each rated at 240 Ah. For safety and seamless operation, the system includes a remote battery shut-off, an isolation transformer, and a galvanic isolator. Shore power is managed by a Glendinning Cablemaster with a sixty-foot fifty-amp shore power cable, complemented by an additional twenty-five-foot fifty-amp shore power cable.

Engine room and machinery

Power and reliability converge in a meticulously organized machinery space anchored by a John Deere 6068 TFM 201 hp diesel showing 3379 hours, seamlessly mated to a Twin Disc MG5061 3.0:1 marine gear for confident, efficient propulsion. Electrical demands are expertly met by a Balmar 270 amp alternator with regulator and digital Duo Charge, while TRAC hydraulic fin stabilizers deliver composed motion and the ABT 15 hp hydraulic bow thruster ensures precise low‑speed control. Fuel quality and serviceability are elevated by the ESI fuel polishing system and a Reverso oil change system, and a Tides dripless shaft seal with two spare seals installed on the shaft provides added peace of mind. Filtration is robust and redundant, featuring dual Racor 900 fuel filter/water separators for the main engine and dual Racor 500 fuel filter/water separators for the generator. Safety is paramount with a Sea-Fire FM-200 automatic fire suppression system, and tactile confidence comes from Hynautic hydraulic steering paired with Hynautic hydraulic engine controls.
