The present owner acquired this 36‑foot sailing catamaran yacht in June 2024, and LuLu is Langkawi‑registered. A swift, open‑deck multihull with comfortable sleeping quarters, she has reached 14 knots in 20 knots of breeze under a second reef. Custom built by Daniel Moore in Bali in 2008, she displaces about 4 tonnes and delivers the poise of a performance cruiser and racer‑cruiser. LULU 36ft Racing Catamaran LS-1100 presents as a crisp, lightweight racer-cruiser with the right specs and the right upgrades: length 11.00m / 36’9”, beam 6.30 / 20'7", draft boards down 1.88m / 6’2”, draft boards up 0.40m / 1’3”, displacement 3.3 tons, build/launched 2008/2009, designed by Daniel Moore and built by Nusa Dua Marine with a wood and epoxy hull. The interior is simple and purposeful with cabins/berth: 2, head: 1, and galley: 1. Propulsion is via twin 30 HP Yamaha Enduro outboards; engine hours are unknown, and both engines were fully serviced in 2025.

The recent refit focused on reliability, pace, and clean presentation: Yamaha Enduro 30 HP x two servicing, full repainting with gelcoat and antifouling refresh, renewed trampoline fixtures, new foam decking underfoot, and re-bedding of all topside hardware for dry, creak-free sailing.
