Detailed Description

Walk thru

Boarding from either port or starboard on the main deck, you are greeted by a generous seating enclave designed to savor the view underway or in berth, with a built-in deck, an L-shaped couch, and a companion bench inviting relaxed conversation. Just aft to starboard lies the working galley, thoughtfully outfitted with a full array of appliances and a double basin sink, while opposite to port the day head stands conveniently at hand. The interior is richly finished in maple and birch, elevated by beautiful fabrics and wall coverings, with ELECTRIC BLINDS throughout. Step into the full-beam salon and the volume astonishes: a baby grand piano faces a dining table for eight, with dedicated glass and dish storage concealed within elegant cabinetry. Twin large couches to port and starboard are paired with refined end tables and lamps, and one end table discreetly conceals a pop-up TV. The layout blends an effortlessly user-friendly accommodation plan with the aesthetic impact of a 100 footer.

Master stateroom

The spacious, full-beam master stateroom resides amidship and centers on a king-size bed, surrounded to port and starboard by abundant cabinetry, including a built-in pop-up TV. Entertainment is at hand with a VCR and a stereo with CD player. The master head indulges with a Jacuzzi tub with shower, while directly opposite a large walk-in cedar closet offers generous, aromatic wardrobe space.

VIP stateroom

On the lower house, the forward stateroom presents a centerline queen berth framed by ample cabinetry to port and starboard. A full head with shower serves the suite, and entertainment includes a TV, VCR, and a stereo with CD player.

Guest stateroom

Amidship, two duplicated guest staterooms offer three-quarter berths, each served by a full head with shower; one of the staterooms adds a clever criss-cross single to maximize flexibility.

Sky lounge salon

The skylounge doubles as a refined command and retreat, integrating a full array of electronics and controls with a generous L-shaped seating area and built-in end tables for effortless entertaining and observation.

Deck areas

Aft of the enclosed sky lounge, the open sun deck invites leisurely days under a sail shade, complete with a built-in Jennair grill and a refrigerator to starboard, four chairs and a table arranged for casual dining, plus a well-appointed bar with sink and icemaker for effortless service. Launch and toy duties are handled by a Marquipt davit, while a SEA-DOO waverunner 2013 stands ready for spirited adventures, and a cockpit style cover offers swift protection when desired. The expansive teak aft deck can be enjoyed fully open or enclosed within a Full Eisenglass Enclosure, providing aft deck seating and ample space for an aft deck dining table, with aft deck controls at hand and direct entry to the crew quarters and engine room. The hydraulic swim platform complements the area, and the platform itself is accessed via either of two spiral staircases, with a cockpit style cover available when needed. Forward, the foredeck delights with a Jacuzzi nestled under lounging cushions and a broad sunpad for unhurried repose.

Electronics & navigation

ALL NEW ELECTRONICS set the tone at the helm, beginning with electronic CAT controls and four all-new Raymarine units—GPS, radar, depth, and autopilot—augmented by a Simrad GPS and a Garmin GPS for layered redundancy. A Raymarine SAT TV dome crowns the superstructure, a digital water tank gauge keeps levels precise, and a Raymarine VHF ensures clear communications. Long-range awareness is delivered by a 72-mile radar, while both a color depth sounder and a forward sounding depth sounder refine the underwater picture. A Simrad autopilot adds seamless course keeping, and a video camera system with eight new cameras monitors the yacht, complemented by a JL stereo and a Fusion head unit for immersive sound.

Electrical system

Power is delivered by Northern Lights generators rated at 30 Kw (port—1646 hrs/stbd—942 hrs), with a PTO (power take-off) on the port generator that is all new. A new battery charger supports ship’s systems, and twin 100 Amp Cable Masters make shore-power handling effortless.

Engine & mechanical equipment

Propulsion comes from twin 3412 Caterpillar diesels rated at 1350 hp with electronic CAT controls, with all fuel piping upgraded to stainless steel for durability. Maneuvering is confidence-inspiring thanks to a bow thruster and an anchor davit (hydraulic off generator), complemented by a new stern thruster, while a NAIAD stabilizer calms the ride at sea. Extended autonomy is assured by a Parker SPW800 water maker and dual fresh water pump Mach 5, and onboard climate is served by three chilled water compressors (new, upgraded). Systems oversight includes a digital water tank gauge, and the yacht features a hydraulic swim platform and spare props onboard for peace of mind.

$500,000 in upgrades by current owner

Approximately $500,000 in thoughtful enhancements elevate this yacht, including a full paint job in 2020; Northern Lights 30 Kw generators installed in 2012; Raymarine electronics including radar in 2012; and a FLIR night vision camera. Black steel fuel pipes were replaced with stainless steel pipes; televisions were replaced; and both a new hydraulic swim platform and a new davit were added. A Sea Doo 2013 rounds out the toys, while bow and stern thrusters and electronic controls sharpen handling. New cameras throughout with a pilothouse display boost situational awareness. The A/C system was updated to incorporate digital control/display and new chillers. A new watermaker joined a new stove, grill, refrigerator, and microwave in both the main galley and crew spaces. Fresh décor graces all rooms, new furniture refreshes the forward seating area, and battery-powered roller shades refine both salon and pilothouse.

Crew quarters

Generous and well-planned crew accommodations include two staterooms with head and shower, a complete crew galley and dinette, and a washer/dryer, with direct access to the generators and engine room simplifying service and routines.
