For ultimate composure at sea, a Sleipner hydraulic system—featuring separate engine‑driven pumps on each engine and cross‑connections so any system can be powered from either engine—incorporates the SPS93/VF1950 vector fin stabilizers; under way the fins are driven hydraulically by the engines and at zero speed they’re powered by a generator‑driven electric motor.
