Detailed Description
Specifications
Built in 2020 by Princess and lying in Tivat, Montenegro, this GRP (glass-reinforced plastic) motor yacht marries contemporary luxury with formidable performance. With a length overall of 23.97 meters, a beam of 5.76 meters and a maximum draft of 1.72 meters, she delivers confident seakeeping and agile handling, surging to a maximum speed of 36 knots and settling into an effortless 29-knot cruise.
Accommodation is intelligently arranged for both privacy and conviviality, offering four guest cabins plus one crew cabin. The owner’s stateroom is a serene retreat with a large double bed, wardrobe, safe, a 40" TV and a generous en suite bathroom. The forward guest cabin also features a double bed, wardrobe and its own en suite. To starboard, a guest cabin offers a double bed with sliding berths option, a 49" TV and an en suite bathroom with convenient day access. To port, a guest cabin provides two single berths convertible to a double, served by its own en suite. The crew quarters are thoughtfully specified with two single beds, a wardrobe, an en suite bathroom and a practical utility area, ensuring discreet and efficient service at all times.
Powered by twin MAN V12-1800 engines delivering 2 x 1800 MHP and currently showing 1700 engine hours, the machinery installation is honed for reliability and smooth control. Five-bladed propellers in nickel aluminium bronze drive the yacht with quiet efficiency, while a power-assisted electro-hydraulic steering system with hydraulic back-up and an electronic engine and gear shift control system elevate precision at the helm. Dripless shaft seals and an engine room extractor fan with electronic time delay complete a robust and well-considered engineering package.
Electrical autonomy is assured by an ONAN 27 kW/50 Hz primary generator (recommended when fin stabilisers are installed) complemented by an additional ONAN 27 kW/50 Hz generator. Continental 220v/240v multi sockets are distributed throughout the yacht. Power storage and management are handled by four heavy-duty batteries for engine starting and six heavy-duty auxiliary batteries, supported by two 60 amp battery chargers that charge both banks via an automatic switch charging system, and battery master switches with remote control and a main panel switch. LED lighting is installed throughout for efficiency and ambience.
Tankage is equally comprehensive. Fuel capacity stands at 6000 l (1560 gal), while freshwater capacity is 1350 l (351 gal). A freshwater maker delivers 190 liters/hour and is supplied with remote instrumentation and a service/spares kit. Hot water is abundant via 253 gal/304 US gal/1150 l plus 44 gal/52 US gal/200 l calorifier volumes, heated by the engines and a 240v immersion heater. A water level gauge is included. The electric freshwater WC system empties to a 99 gal/119 US gal/450 l holding tank. Twin fuel tanks in NS8 marine grade alloy, connected via an interconnection system, provide a combined 1320 gal/1585 US gal/6000 l capacity, protected by high-capacity duplex fuel filters with a contamination warning system.
Ancillary equipment enhances comfort and security. A 165,000 Btu chilled-water air-conditioning system with reverse-cycle heating is linked to a windscreen demist system for clear views in all conditions. Automatic electric and high-capacity manual bilge pumps with a valve system stand ready for rapid dewatering, while hydraulic bow and stern thrusters make close-quarters manoeuvres reassuringly simple.
Safety and security are built in. Fire extinguishers include an automatic system with manual override in the engine room with a warning system, plus hand-operated units strategically placed in cabins, the galley, the crew area and at the lower helm. A dedicated life raft stowage keeps emergency gear immediately to hand. Fire detection and automatic fire-fighting systems protect the engine room, and a first aid kit is included.
The navigation suite centres on Raymarine Axiom XL16 15.6" multifunction displays, with two at the lower helm and two at the upper helm. Long-range awareness is delivered by a Raymarine Magnum HD Radar with a 12 kW pedestal and a 48" open array scanner. A Raymarine AIS 700 Class B transponder is fully interfaced with the chartplotter and paired with an 8 ft (2.4 m) aerial. GPS plotter maps for the Maldives are loaded, and a GPS system is fitted for tracking the yacht.
On deck, teak is beautifully laid across the transom platform, cockpit, flybridge, side decks and foredeck. Ground tackle comprises a self-stowing 50 kg/110 lbs Delta anchor with 100 m of chain, worked by a reversible hydraulic anchor winch with controls at the foredeck, main helm and flybridge. Twin electric sternline mooring winches, stainless steel cleats, fairleads and handrails reinforce the yacht’s seamanlike credentials. The foredeck offers refined seating and a sunbathing area, with dedicated lockers for ropes, fenders and sunbed cushions, and a freshwater deck wash is included. An additional 100 m of chain brings the total to 200 m for extended holding options.
The flybridge is a true open-air salon. A powered raise/lower helm console integrates navigation equipment, radar/chartplotter and full engine instrumentation. Seating is versatile and sociable, with twin adjustable helm seats, an inviting U-shaped dinette with a folding teak table, an L-shaped seat that converts to a sunpad and an additional sunpad with storage beneath. The wetbar is primed for entertaining with a sink, electric barbecue and a drawer refrigerator, and can be further enhanced with an optional 450 kg SWL crane. Entertainment is provided by a radio/MP3 system with waterproof speakers, while a Lava Brick BBQ and an ice maker within the flybridge wetbar elevate alfresco dining.
In the cockpit, U-shaped seating around a folding teak table creates a welcoming ambience. The electro-hydraulic bathing platform raises and lowers at the touch of a button and includes a foldaway swimming ladder, with a hot and cold transom shower just steps away. A transom seat conceals a generous storage locker. Access is practical and secure via transom doors leading to the lazarette and crew area, with a lockable hatch to the engine room. A dedicated life raft storage, a remote-control 4 m telescopic passerelle with folding handrail, a protective cockpit cover and two additional stern lights complete this versatile waterside zone.
Audio-visual entertainment is immersive and thoughtfully zoned. A Harman Kardon 5.1 Blu-ray system with KEF speakers fills the yacht with rich sound, including in the deck saloon, the owner’s stateroom and the forward guest cabin. Multiple LED TVs are linked to their respective audio systems in the starboard guest cabin, the forward guest cabin and the crew cabin. For global content, KVH Tracvision satellite TV is linked to all television sets and paired with a dummy dome.
The galley is fully equipped for gourmet service, featuring a 4-zone ceramic hob, a combination microwave/convection oven with grill, twin stainless steel sinks with a mixer tap and a full-height refrigerator/deep freeze. An icemaker and dishwasher ease hosting duties, while lockers, cupboards and drawers keep stores impeccably organized. An electrically operated sliding glass partition from the aft saloon adds drama and practicality, and a 12-bottle wine cooler in the galley underscores the yacht’s taste for the finer things.
Special equipment packages enrich both mood and style, with various lighting upgrades for accommodation and exterior areas. Low-level ambient lighting in cabins and overhead accent lighting in the galley and saloon set a sophisticated scene after dusk. For a luminous wake at anchor, there are 4 LUMISHORE SMX53 White underwater transom lights, complemented by 4 LUMISHORE SMX53 White underwater lights on the aft hull sides.
Completing the picture for adventures on the water, a Williams Jet tender stands ready for swift transfers and sport, while a SeaDoo jet ski adds adrenaline to every anchorage.
