Beautiful and well kept 2006 Bayliner 245.  Hard to beat for the price! Slip is available as well in Portland. Rebuilt 5.0L Mercruiser in 2021 with receipt (over $7k). Owner estimates under 200 hours since.  Other work in the past couple years includes bottom paint, replacing bilge pumps, regular maintenance, and new blower lines.  Boat is freshly cleaned and ready for summer adventures today.

The cockpit features removable carpet, lots of seating and movable backrest to convert port side seating to a sun lounger.  VHF radio, depth finder, camper canvas (okay condition) all included.

Down below you will find a remarkable amount of space for the size of boat. On the port size is a wet galley with microwave, dual mode fridge, and sink.  To starboard is the head with shower and marine toilet (holding tank).  The boat is equipped with a hot water heater as well.  The forward dinette features a table and additional cushions to covert the dinette to a double V-Berth.  The aft berth has a new mattress and sleeping for two additional people.
