VALUATION
It is the undersigned surveyor’s opinion that the subject vessel, as equipped, and with the above recommendations attended, has a present day approximate market value of $ 185,000.00 (ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS), and a present day new replacement value in excess of $700,000.00 (SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS).
COMMENTS
The MV RISKY BUSINESS was found to be in very good condition overall with signs of continued maintenance, upgrades and obvious pride of ownership throughout. The vessel is moored in a very well protected marine with fire, pump-out and security services nearby.
