ANCHOR MANAGEMENT is a beautifully maintained 1998 Carver 355 Motor Yacht. PowerBoat Guide describes the Carver 355-356 as "the best-selling boat in her class." This boat, on her fourth owner, has been primarily kept on the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, FL. The current owners bought her in 2017, but now ANCHOR MANAGEMENT back on the market and completely ready to cruise. This boat is truly turn-key and ready to go. The owner is willing to share both the yacht and engine surveys from 2017 with serious buyers.

Main Salon

The sliding glass door on the aft deck of ANCHOR MANAGEMENT leads you two steps down into the main salon. The blonde maple woodwork throughout the vessel, the neutral beige carpet, and the wraparound windows give a light airy feel in the day.  The window blinds and navy blue windshield cover afford protection from the sun, as well as privacy any time of day or night.

On the port side is a neutral colored "L" shaped leatherette settee with integrated incliners with footrests. Across on the starboard side is the mounted flat screen TV with DVD and stereo.

There is easy access to the engine room from the salon floor panels.

Galley

Moving forward through the salon and two steps down is the galley on the port and the dinette on the starboard. The dinette is upholstered in neutral colored, easy-care leatherette.  The dinette converts to an additional sleeping berth.

Accommodations

Aft and one step down trom the salon of ANCHOR MANAGEMENT is the carpeted master stateroom with a tapered queen berth, a mounted flat screen TV, several cabinets, a hanging locker, nightstand and en-suite private head.  The head has a separate stall shower, vanity with sink, VacuFlush head and natural light.

 

Forward of the galley is the guest stateroom with an offset double berth.  There is a leatherette seat, drawers under the berth, a storage locker with shelves, and flat screen TV.  The forward stateroom has access to the forward head with shower.
