Overview

A Rare Find, the 52' Midnight Lace was built to be a Distinctive Cruising Yacht with Striking Lines with a nod to the past, she looks like she could be part of a Hollywood Movie. Guaranteed to turn heads in each and every harbor. The forward cockpit"rumble seat" that is accessible from a passageway and ladder in the master berth, offers passengers a unique spot to view the waterways, and gives the feel of flying on the water. This particular one features modern engines and generator with low hours. Repowered with modern and reliable Twin 315 hp Yanmar diesel inboard V-Drives push her easily up to her 20 kt cruising speed with a top speed of 24 kts. Kohler diesel powered generator was also installed in 2002. Beautiful full teak transom, roomy cockpit and comfortable flying bridge helm station with passenger seating. Comfortable teak interior with a salon/galley/dinette space that creates a Great Room. 2 stateroom, with one Head and stand up shower/bath tub.

Walkthrough

She looks like she is ready to take part in a Hollywood Movie, maybe as  Commuter Yacht for some Wallstreet Tycoon sipping martinis on Long Island Sound.
When you walk up to the 53' Midnight lace, you can't help but notice hear beautiful Teak Transom. Richly varnished with a full Tan Colored canvas sun cover. This canvas cover matches the front and side salon window covers, and the Flying Bridge bimini top.
Boarding is easily accomplished via side rails on both Port and Stbd cockpit sides. A slightly rounded stern seat (also with it's own canvas cover) as well as raised rear facing seats in the front of the cockpit for passenger seating. There is a fixed cockpit sun shade that covers most of the cockpit. Side deck access along both sides of the vessel  for line handling.
A short ladder offers access to the flying bridge. Pedestal helm seats plus additional passenger seating beneath the Bimini top with full 4 sided enclosure. Single lever gear and throttle controls for easy/simple docking with a center line helm station that provides excellent visibility.
The salon door is located along the Stbd/forward area of the cockpit. Several steps down into the generously sized Great Room. L shaped sofa along the rear and Port sides, the AC/DC electrical panel, TV/Stereo, bottle storage and wet bar are all located along the stbd side. Large front and side windows allow natural light to fill this space, when desired, custom curtains for privacy.
The Galley is two steps down and along the port forward of the Great Room. Stand up refrigerator/Freezer, ample counter space, Stove and Oven and generous galley storage is found here. A "booth style" dinette with custom wooden pedestal table is across from the galley along the Stbd side.
Moving forward from the galley, the guest Bunk Room is to stbd. Featuring upper and lower bunks with storage and a door for privacy.
The large Master suite is forward with a slightly curving hallway between two large berths. Ample drawer and hanging locker space is found here. At the forward eng of the Master Cabin is a stairway with overhead hatch that provides direct access to the foredeck rumble seat.
The enclosed head and shower/tub is along the port side.
