Overview

2002 48' Chesapeake Deadrise rigged for tuna and similar commercial fishing
                        Equipped with 3406B 580 HP.....real work horses!

This is a large 48', measuring 57' stem to stern with an 18 1/2' beam. She has some of the best Caterpillars ever built, 3406B engines and they run flawlessly (start up instantaneously). They are 35,000 hour engines with only 3600 hours. They are just broken in. Built for long range and overnight fishing, she is extremely dependable. The present owners purchased this rig two years ago in order to supply his six seafood restaurants with fresh fish. His restaurants are so successful, he simply does not have the time to work this boat as it should be worked and has make arrangements with other commercial boats to provide the fresh fish his customers has come to love! It currently holds a leased (one year) snapper/grouper permit. You will not find a more solid, comfortable boat for commercial fishing anywhere on the market. She cleans up well in the forward berth and bathroom with a garden hose and is a great example of a true tuna/snapper boat. This boat has been maintained with an open check book by Queen B Fishing, LLC with lots of love over the past three years.

All mechanical and electrical works as it should. There are no known "soft spots" anywhere. This is a fishing machine with INCREDIBLE dock presence.
