YACHT DESCRIPTION AND DETAILS

WALK THROUGH: 
The interior comes with the standard layout that includes a good size salon with ample seating and storage. The large sofa is aft to starboard with a small console aft to port where the TV is installed. A console forward of the TV on the port side is where
the bar and icemaker are installed. 

The pilothouse is forward with the helm on the centerline with all engine controls, gauges and electronics all easy to hand. There are side deck doors to port and starboard. This area is open to the salon. The stairs going down and forward to access the lower salon is forward to starboard. Visibility is adequate from this station.

The lower salon / dinette is forward of the lower helm and was found clean and neat. The dining table and four chairs are forward to port with a desk and chair aft to port. The large flat screen TV is installed on the aft port bulkhead. The galley is down forward on the centerline all equipment is in good working condition.

Aft and full beam is the master stateroom with a king size bed installed to port with very good storage in lockers and drawers. The head and stall shower are to starboard. The forward stateroom comes with twin single upper and lower berths but is now being used as a large pantry. There is good storage in lockers and drawers with the head and shower to starboard.

The port stateroom comes with twin single berths and good storage. The head and stall shower are to port and accessed from the companionway.

Machinery Space:
This area is accessed from the galley through a deck hatch in the galley salon or from the aft stairway to the aft guest cabins there is good access to all of the machinery to carry out all service work.
