Overview

"Sonrise" was a Great Lakes freshwater vessel until arriving in Florida in August of 2014. She had been kept in inside heated storage 7 months per year. She is exceptionally clean and shows like a much newer boat. Three staterooms and a mid 20 knot cruise make this vessel very desirable. Her 900lb Nautical Structures lift make launching and retrieving your dinghy a simple task. She is a must see and easy to show at our Harbour Point location.

Vessel Walkthrough

This revolutionary design turned the Motor Yacht world on its head. A three stateroom, two head layout below married to an express style bridge with molded-in seating and only one small step between the aft deck and helm deck. This 4450 is l in excellent condition and very well equipped. She has a comprehensive electronics package and custom Isinglass enclosure that are in good condition. The bridge also features a  wet bar and ice maker/refrigerator combo.

Molded-in steps lead from the bridge deck to the large integrated swim platform. The bridge will accommodate 12 adults easily.

Below decks is a unique 3 stateroom, 2 head arrangement. The salon features a L-shaped ultra-leather sofa with incliners and a raised booth style dinette that provides excellent visibility of your surroundings. The galley, salon and dinette are all on the same level for entertaining and comfortable living. The well-equipped galley comes completely equipped with convection microwave oven, full size refrigerator and separate freezer. The master stateroom features a queen size island bed and tons of storage space. The master head features a linen closet, vacuflush head, real ceramic tile and Jacuzzi tub with shower.

The VIP stateroom forward features a queen size centerline berth and large walk-in closet. The third stateroom has twin, side by side berths and the combo washer/dryer is located here.
