This is a well equipped, updated, nice, clean 40' Offshore Center Cockpit. Can sleep 7 in 2 staterooms and convertible settees. She has been well maintained and has had continual updating. Solid fiberglass hull, She has NEW water heater, a sandblasted, barrier coated and painted bottom in 2021, newer electronics , no blisters, her gelcoat is still with a nice shine and her interior is clean and updated. Large master stateroom with a centerline berth.Originally designed by Lee Creekmore, Steve Lippincott purchased the molds and built them in St. Petersburg, FL , 1983 - 1985 She is hull number 21 of 14 built (started with hull # 9), Solid vessel and ready to cruise.
