2006-Painted Navy on the hull with Fleet Farm polyurethane paint

2007-Painted white decks gray, painted cabin top white

2008/2009- Paneled and trimmed main cabin walls

2009-Bottom painted below the waterline

2010-Painted Dark Blue Interlux Brightside on hull

2010/2011-Cabinets made for galley, Freshwater tanks cleaned out, New Knot meter/ Depth Sounder, new main and mizzen sails, boat completely cleaned inside

2011- Covered Cushions in Main Cabin, Remodeled Settee Area, paneled side walls, and trimmed settee area, new GPS

2012/2013- Remodeled bathroom, new toilet and door, paneled aft V berth walls, installed new ceilings in the bathroom and the V-berth, varnished bathroom door, sink area, door faces, galley hatch, V-berth hatch, painted bathroom area white, varnish gallows, helm and enter door panels, painted 2 coats of red bottom paint.

2013/2014-2nd roller furling, sewed luff tape and sail cover on leach and foot, sewed luff tape on old genoa, paneled chain locker wall in V berth, sanded and varnished that wall, both louver doors, mahogany trim in main cabin, galley and cabinet doors, drawers, and faces.

2014-Sand and varnish table top and galley entry ladder, washed outside storage compartments, scrubbed inside air vents. Patched leak in V-berth on port side and repaired ceiling tile.

2015-Painted both masts and booms dark blue, painted all white cabin top, decks, stations, all trim. Lazy Jacks put on Main and new sail covers for the main and mizzen. Spring clean entire boat. Lazy Jacks for the mizzen, sand and varnish helm.

2016-Dodger added, Barient Racing winch added, Prowell feathering 3 blade propeller shaft and Maxi Prop propeller added Bottom Painted!

2017-Replaced Westerbeck engine with a new Beta 50 engine, built new cabinet to fit the engine, installed new instrument panel for engine, painted bottom red, painted inside white, sanded and finished cabinet faces, cut and welded rudder and traveler.

2018- Foot and Hand pumps replaced with water pressure pump, install 4 gallon Isotherm water heater, new pex piping and new faucets for galley and head, installed 2 100 watt solar panels, install 4 Trojan golf cart batteries (6 volt), install 2 marine 12 volt batteries, reinstalled bathroom floor to add slope, installed shower pump sump, installed isotherm cold plate for refrigeration, painted hull dark blue, varnished and painted aft cabin.

2019- Bought portable Rain Man Watermaker and 2 40" membranes, painted bottom red.

2020- Installed 400 watt LG monocrystalline solar panel, MPPT renology controller, installed new turn buckles.

She has been well cared for as can be seen by the years of projects listed in her history and she is ready for her next adventure. Her length overall is 50' so she has a lot of living space. Her engine is practically new.
