14.  COMMENTS

Since the current owner took ownership of the Yacht in 2014, there has been an unlimited budget to produce arguably the best presented Falcon yacht on the market. The yacht has cruised extensively throughout the Mediterranean and completed two successful charter seasons. The vessel has been run with a minimum of 2 live aboard crew since 2013, with an additional 2 crew joining from May to October every year. They have therefore been able to maintain an impeccable standard for a yacht of her age. Her main engines and generators as well as all raw water pumps, stabilisers and running gear are thoroughly serviced every year. 

The owner expects the yacht to be presented to an excellent level and has provided the crew with the resources to do so. Now priced to sell for a quick sale with EU VAT paid she represents a great opportunity.
