Overview

Below is a summary of the works carried out since purchase in May 2016.  A total of nearly Euro 8,000,000. A Full list is available on the long specification.

Deck

• Complete paint works; painted in Palma by Pinmar using Awl grip. EUR 1,500,000
• Teak deck sanding; decks completely sanded back to a smooth finish. EUR 30,000
  
• Seating areas; all exterior seating foams replaced and new sunbrella material used to cover. EUR 75,000
  
• Sun deck table turned 90 degrees and extended to comfortably seat 14 guests. EUR 85,000
  
• Sun deck large teak tops on both port and starboard sides replaced. EUR 30,000
  
• Exterior tables & varnished furniture fresh coat of varnish applied through a spray application. EUR 40,000
  
• Antifouling; hauled twice in the last two and a half years, two separate applications of antifouling applied, the last being applied in May 2018, guaranteed to October 2019. EUR 95,000
  
• GMDSS and UHF radios replaced, the mf/hf radio replaced, the SAT C replaced, and a completely new digital UHF radio system installed. EUR 70,000
  
• Miscullaneuos works; changing of exterior double glazed glass that had blown, polishing of anchor pockets, new backlit names, creating a beach club, new wind protectors for bridge deck aft, replacement of deck covers, teak replacement, bike storage, all to the value exceeding EUR 140,000.

Av/it & electrical upgrade

• Full IT upgrade - all documented. New Wi-Fi points added to increase speed around the yacht, a new corporate server installed, all computers and printers replaced, new wiring added for faster speeds, new security and firewall software installed, EUR 300,000
  
• AV upgrade; all new 4k TV’s installed in all guest areas and cabins, Kaleidoscope server, a Blue Ray vault, Crestron programming running on iPads, EUR 340,000
  
• Security system; 4 new cameras in heavily used areas, operated from bridge, crew mess and engine room. The cameras can all be moved and all have a zoom function. Computers have also been installed in areas to allow for their use, EUR 30,000
  
• Electrical upgrades; slowly worked through the yacht in a systematic way to make penetrations connections terminated correctly and general tidying up of the electrical system EUR 40,000

Interior upgrades

• Metrica (Germany) carried out all the interior works with no expense spared. The owners have spent over 2.2 million Euros on the interior upgrades.
  
• Bridge bar; the bridge deck salon was converted from a lounge into a modern bar which matches the original woodwork of the yacht. Includes a new carpet and a teak & holly varnished floor. EUR 470,000
  
• New Tai Ping carpet EUR 207,000
  
• Teak floor in bridge deck corridor taken out and replaced with hand designed teak and holly floor. It is now one continuous floor from the bridge to the bar, giving greater depth to the corridor, EUR 18,000
  
• New owners office; the ante room leading into the master suite, transformed from an empty room into an office, accompanying the desk is a hidden fridge and safe both behind doors and a printer on a sliding shelf. EUR 162,000 
• Owner’s stateroom multiple modifications completed. Including a new headboard, new marble on the counter tops, a lifting vanity table, new sofa’s, new wardrobes with sliding rails, and extra power sockets installed, EUR 140,000
  
• New stainless/Corian galley which included the installation of 2 x steam ovens, 2 x dishwashers, a deep fat fryer, 8 induction tops, one conventional oven, 2 warming drawers placed under the counter, a fridge and freezer and an electrically operated overhead plate warmer that lowers when needed. EUR 345,000
  
• Chroming; all light fittings, door furniture, electrical sockets, cupboard furniture, fire heads, fiddles, rails, bridge fittings that were gold have been replaced with chrome. EUR 290,000
  Bridge alterations; redesign of the seating has transformed the bridge into a guest area EUR 90,000
  
• Wood touch ups; using the best interior touch up artists in Europe over the past three winters. EUR 85,000
  
• New electrical blinds installed in all guests areas, including the bridge deck bar, main salon, captain’s cabin, owner’s cabin, and all guest cabins. EUR 105,000
  
• New guest mirrors; every mirror was replaced and due to the complex design of the chamfered edge this was a project in itself. EUR 28,000
  
• Crew mess and crew cabin upgrades; all mattresses replaced, all crew mirrors replaced, toilets replaced, crew privacy curtains installed, crew mess seating replaced, all carpets changed, crew TV and AV upgraded, new crew seats purchased, new crew towels and linen. EUR 45,000
  
• New guest area lighting; all outdated lights in the guest areas were changed and installed. EUR 85,000
