Overview

This 2000 Formula 400 SS is exceptionally clean and has only seen fresh water use and always stored inside heated during the winter months. The Formula 400 is an excellent example of a high performance luxury sport boat. She is built on Formula’s “Fas3Tech” hull bottom – a double- stepped deep-V hull design providing an efficient and soft ride.

Beautifully styled, the 400 SS is a superb day boat with plenty of cockpit space and wide open interior. With the owners stateroom aft, a rich ultraleather wraparound lounge forward and four overhead translucent hatches dominate the salon.

On deck, the doublewide helm seat folds away for stand up driving, and a walk-through windshield opens to a wide stretch of nonskid leading to the bow. Notable features include a recessed anchor storage compartment, a hinged storage locker at the transom and good engine access.

When the Formula 400 Super Sport was introduced in May of 1998 it earned the coveted "Boat of the Year" award from Boating magazine. The 400 SS has redefined the high performance express cruiser, and its famous FAS3Tech hull, customized for the 400 SS, boasts a stable, dry ride with agility of a true performer provides captain and crew an exciting ride.
