Overview

This vessel 33 FOUR WINNS CRUISER is a production model express motor yacht. The hull is made of laminated fiberglass with reinforced polyester resin. Modified "V" hull with 19 degrees deodorize at the aft. The decks are constructed of laminated fiberglass with reinforced polyester resin. The decks and superstructure appear in good condition. Railings and stanchions are stainless steel and adequately secured to the deck. Vessel is a twin-engine gasoline inboard/outboard Volvo Penta powered model.

The vessel description is as follows: The forward deck area is equipped with a power windlass mounted on the deck center just aft of the stainless-steel anchor sprint. There are stainless steel rails and stanchions running from the bow pulpit toward aft on the port and starboard sides to aft of midship.

There is a recessed anchor well forward, spotlight, port and starboard navigation lights, port, starboard mooring cleats, deck to cabin hatch and sun pads.

The deck surface is fitted with a non-skid pattern. The aft deck area is equipped with a 12-volt electric/hydraulic operated sole hatch to the engine/auxiliary generator and equipment room.

To the port is a transom door, starboard area is fitted with a compartment containing the ships'120-volt receptacle, telephone and cable television receptacle and the ships fresh water spiked. Center ship is a convertible seating area that folds into the transom. To the port is a wet bar area with a sink that is equipped with a pressurized potable water system, serving counter, U-Line ice maker and a storage compartment. To the starboard is a "U" shaped seating area with table. Overhead is a Bimini top with enclosure.

Forward and to starboard of the aft deck area is the helm station which is equipped with complete instrumentation and controls for both main engines. There is double size helm seat to the starboard, walk through forward windshield, radar arch, Bimini top with enclosure. To the port is a seating area with table. Down three steps through a gangway off center ship is the salon/galley area.

The salon area is to the port and is equipped with a leather settee with storage below and a folding top table. Mounted behind and above the settee are storage compartments and port lights. To the aft starboard is a compartment that contains the ships AC/DC and auxiliary generator power distribution panels. To the port side is the galley area. It is equipped with a two-burner electric range, Nova Kool refrigerator withfreezer, sink with hot and cold pressurized potable water system, countertop, coffee maker and a microwave. There are cabinets, compartments and drawer storage. Midship aft of the galley to port is the head. The head is equipped with a sink, vanity, head, handheld shower, hot and cold pressurized potable water system and a privacy door. Forward of the galley and salon area is the forward stateroom. This area is fitted with a pedestal berth with storage compartment below.

To the port and starboard outboard are storage compartments. Overhead is a deck hatch that can be utilized for ventilation or escape, starboard aft is a hanging locker, overhead Tambour lighting, port and starboard portlights, forward bulkhead mirror and a privacy curtain.

Aft of the Salon/Galley areas is the aft stateroom. The aft stateroom is equipped with a convertible leather settee table, lighting, port-light and a privacy curtain.
