Designed by world renowned Judel Vrolijk Yacht Design, the HH 42 is simply made to be the fastest in its size around the race track, yet be competitively raced to win on IRC as well as HPR.

It will have limited offshore capability to ensure it's always a leading feature at such classics as The Fastnet, The Rolex Sydney to Hobart and Rolex China Sea Race.

When the boat was designed by JV, part of the design brief put forward by Paul Hakes was that the boat should be able to reduce it's displacement by 500kgs, this was to both future proof the boat for IRC rating and make it HPR competitive  Modifications to the IRC rules during 2013 have favoured us reducing the displacement which has created a lighter, and even faster racing yacht with an even better TCC number for IRC.

Developments over the last 18 months with the existing boats have seen many tweaks and changes to further refine this racing yacht, keeping it at the winning edge.  The foil package has been tweaked for better handling when blast reaching, the rig has been upgraded and made lighter, and the off shore compatible interior is fully female moulded modules for better ergonomics and weight saving.

With the changes to deck gear systems to get the very most out of sail controls, the rig tuning, foil enhancement, interior development and now a new bulb 500kg lighter, the boat just got so much better we are launching it as the HH42 Mk2.

No other race boat can offer you this much race winning  performance for such a good price.

HH42 Mk2 is now unbeatable performance and unbeatable value.
