Overview

LIFE IS GOOD is a stellar example of how a pre-owned yacht should look. She is a one owner vessel that has been professionally maintained by a full time captain. The crew and owners have lavished her with upgrades, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and care since her launch in 2005. This is a “no apologies” offering.

Accommodations

Accommodations are provided in a roomy 3 stateroom/3 head layout with an extremely comfortable salon/dinette/custom bar area on the main deck, and a very functional living/entertaining area in the enclosed flybridge. An abundance of storage throughout the yacht, easy companionway access to the washer and dryer, extra refrigeration, icemaker, wine cooler, custom salon bar, add to your comfort while aboard. The enclosed flybridge can be accessed via a spiral staircase from the salon, or via the external ladder from the cockpit.

There are televisions in each stateroom, (2) in the salon and (1) on the flybridge with Direct TV receivers. The salon and guest stateroom share a receiver. Combination AM/FM/CD/DVD players are on the flybridge, in the master stateroom and in the forward stateroom. A seperate AM/FM/CD stereo with XM radio receiver provides music to fish by in the cockpit. Liberal use of teak and holly, custom corian, custom granite, custom wall coverings, updated carpet, and wooden levelor window treatments are blended into a very inviting interior. Three foredeck hatches provide natural light and ventilation. All three heads feature upgraded Headhunter toilets. Top of the line galley appliances, salon wine cooler, concealed icemaker, flybridge refrigerator and wet bar are features you will enjoy while staying and traveling aboard LIFE IS GOOD.

Foredeck Equipment

Hatteras bow pulpit, bow rail, Maxwell windlass with chain & rode capstan, Marquipt davit, 2004 13.5’ Nautical wide body dinghy with 60HP Yamaha 4 stroke outboard. Dinghy is equipped with digital depth finder, VHF, stereo, spare propeller and canvas cover.
