Boat launched Dec 11th, 2015 after extensive service of all machinery.

The Hatteras 74 Cockpit Motor Yacht is complemented by an enlarged salon, aft deck area, and master suite down below. The below deck layout offers four staterooms and four heads, including a full-beam master suite and two forward guest VIP suites. The reverse transom and cockpit provide direct water access for recreational activities.

Her current owner has upgraded the interior with new carpet, headliner and  furniture as well as a total renewal of the bow thruster system, new satellite TV system, new dingy davit and upgraded electronics and new washer/dryer and fridge.

The new owner also installed a 30 KW Phasor(by Kabota) Generator with a sound shield in the cockpit two summers ago.

 This is the best kept and best deal on a 74' Hatteras on the market today.

 

She has just come off the drydock (Dec 2013) where she received new cutlass bearings, new house and engine batteries, Completely new AC systems in the master and salon and new V Cool window treatment on the lower helm area (V Cool is a window tint film which cuts down on heat and glare entering through the windows. It increases cooling efficiency and does not cut down on vision). Five new ac units, new water heater, LED Lighting throughout and all safety gear including lift raft has been inspected.

 This boat is loaded with spares and redundancies built in, for example there is a spare water pump plumbed in already. If the house water system pump fails then a turn of the valve goes to the spare with parts on board to service the other.

 

Boat was set up in a charter company in the Bahamas which goes with the boat - call for details.

  

This vessel is not Bahamas Duty Paid and is in the country on a valid cruising permit.

It is not available for sale to a Bahamas resident or citizen of the Bahamas without the payment of Bahamas import duty and VAT.

The full width master stateroom with king size bed is down and aft by way of custom stairway by Hatteras of Lauderdale. She features a cedar lined walk-in closet and head with jacuzzi tub.

Down a few steps is the queen size VIP guest stateroom with ensuite bath and in the foyer is a linen closet with washer/dryer. Access to the engine room is possible from either staircase.
