Overview

The current owner purchased this boat and determined to make her the nicest and most current 50’ Hatt. Around. All systems have been gone through and repaired or replaced. Engines and Generator have been serviced and all discrepancies have been addressed. Electronics have been updated. All survey items have been repaired or replaced. After all this work the owner has decided to move up to a bigger Sportfish so Breezy Cay is on the market.

Work Completed November 2010 to March 2011

Since November 2010 the following major work has been completed:

  • Complete Bottom Job with sanding and blasting to the fiberglass bottom, surface coat and 3 coats of Micron 66, props refurbished and polished, shafts aligned, cutlass bearings serviced, zincs, through-hulls fixtures cleaned and serviced.
  • Complete Professional Buff and Wax from waterline up.
  • Complete service and repair of AC units.
  • New High Definition television, audio equipment, and entertainment systems.
  • New antennas.
  • DirecTV unit new in November 2009, serviced.
  • New counter top stove
  • All lighting serviced and repaired, fully functional
  • Bridge electronics serviced, repaired and replaced
  • Approximately $42,000 in engine maintenance, all engine electronics including DDecs replaced
  • All new maintenance free batteries
  • Fully detailed inside and out
  • New washer and dryer
  • New wall covering in passageway
  • Refrigeration equipment to cockpit freezer replaced

    Guest Stateroom - Forward

    There is a Queen centerline bed with port and starboard hanging lockers and supplemental storage under the berth.

    The port head, with shower, serves as the Day Head plus the Guest Cabins as the entrances are gained from the Forward Cabin, the Twin guest cabin and / or companionway.

    Over - under berths located to port with berth storage and a hanging locker aft. Access to the Guest Head is forward.
