Overview

The 42 Convertible was always the battlewagon of the Hatteras Fleet and still preforms the same today. The present owner of 15 years has handled all of the upgrades including teak cabinetry in the salon, master stateroom has custom full mattress for double bed (no more cross over bunks) and galley upgrades. Starboard engine was removed from the boat in 2018 to bare block and completely rebuilt to include the transmission. Seller is motivated, pursuing other interests and has boat priced to sell. Turn key and ready to go. A MUST SEE if you're looking for a great boat at a great price.

Accommodations

The V-berth is forward with a large hanging locker to starboard and a ventilation hatch. To port there is a small sink with vanity, opening ports and the second head. The forward stateroom also has ample drawer and cabinet storage. Aft to starboard is the spacious galley area with everything needed plus a home full size refrigerator. Opposite the galley to port is the main head with sink, vanity, mirrors and a separate stall shower. The head system is a Raritan Atlantis Electric with holding tank and overboard pump out. The master stateroom is aft to port and has an athwatship double bed, large hanging locker, drawer and cabinet storage with an opening port. Up a couple of steps to the main salon with a complete entertainment center to port, accompanied with custom teak cabinetry throughout. To round out the salon you have a sofa (with storage underneath), 2 barrel chairs. Teak custom high low table, silhouette blinds and nice soft goods. Out to the cockpit area with a cockpit refrigerator /freezer and storage cabinet. Up on the flybridge you have a center helm with two helm seats. A forward facing bench seat in front of the helm and a port side settee seat with storage beneath. Two cabinets on the front of the flybridge provide excellent storage.
