Overview

This 1975 Hatteras 58 Yacht Fish, designed by Jack Hargrave, and built in North Carolina, is great for cruising the Caribbean or fishing in the keys.  With three staterooms, three heads, full galley and a spacious salon, she is also a great live aboard. She was purchased by her current owner in 2007, and over $300k was spent in upgrades and mechanical work.  One unique feature about her is a custom hard top that was designed, fabricated and installed at Shelter Island in San Diego, CA.  (This was a $40k upgrade.)  Other upgrades include:

 

- Fully enclosed and electrified flybridge with hard top.
- Twin rebuilt Detroit 8V71 engines with 125 hrs.
- Yacht Deck Teak on outside decks and in flybridge.

Accommodations

Salon / Pilot House

Upon entering the salon through either the port or starboard door you will enjoy the wide, comfortable and well decorated salon.  The forward section of the salon contains the pilot house/lower helm, which allows the captain and guests to enjoy each others company when underway or moored for the day.  The interior was upgraded in 2008 with new teak ceiling and floor throughout the salon and pilot house area.

Galley

From the starboard side of the pilot house take a few steps down a spiral stairway to the starboard side dinette and the full galley to port.  You'll find a large Corian countertop and contrasting Parquet flooring.  The galley is also equipped with refrigerator, freezer, large convection microwave, four burner stove top and stainless steel sink.

Staterooms

Take a few step forward from the galley to enter a guest cabin with twin bunk beds and a desk area for office space.  The guest head has a vanity and a full stand up shower.  From the galley take three steps down and head aft thru a passageway to the VIP stateroom to starboard with two twin beds and the VIP head to port with separate shower.  Further aft is the Master Stateroom with queen berth to port, settee and storage to starboard, ensuite head and separate shower as well.  There is beautiful teak woodwork throughout the aft cabins.
