|
GENERAL | |
CELESTIAL HOPE accommodates 12 guests in 6 well-appointed cabins. Her full beam Master Suite is beautifully open and bright. There is an Owner's Study/Media room, a VIP suite plus 3 double and 1 twin guest cabins. Meticulously maintained she receives an extended yard period every winter where her crew keeps her up to date with all class & flag surveys and certifications.
MAIN SALOON & DINING | |
The design brief of CELESTIAL HOPE was to create the feeling of a New England beach house yet with a luxurious feel, a task which designer Kamini Ezralow of Intarya Designs surpassed. The comforting palette of soft blues, aquas and ivories are enhanced by all the beautiful details. In the Main Salon you find comfortable seating with textures of linen, silk and velvet. The dark wood flooring contrasts beautifully with the white lacquer cabinetry. Here you will also find panels of 'Verre Eglomise' an 18th century technique of gilding, etching and painting the backs of mirrors.
Bespoke craftsmanship is found throughout the yacht. The hand carved dining table base was made by one of the leading and oldest craftsmen in Italy. Above this hangs a custom Murano glass chandelier.
VIP SUITE | |
Forward of the Starboard Guest Lobby and Day head is the VIP suite with accents of blue against the ivory linens and dark wood floor. There is a desk topped with the 'Verre Eglomise' technique and the en suite features a light airy shower and Murano glass framing the mirror.
OWNER'S STUDY / MEDIA ROOM
Forward on the main deck is a very comfortable Media room. With 2 large L shaped seating areas, large flat screen TV and surround sound speakers. The ideal place to gather friends and family to watch the large selection of movies on board. Open to this area is the owner's study which allows one to keep on top of business whilst still being part of the action.
GUEST CABINS | |
Leading down to the lower deck from the Starboard guest foyer you will find four guest cabins. |
|
Each cabin has its own seasonal theme and colors to match. Every cabin has an en suite with marble finishes, a desk area for laptop use and flat screen TV's that use CELESTIAL HOPE'S video library.
MASTER SUITE | |
Leading up the shimmering central stairway is the master cabin. Located on the bridge deck facing aft making use of the full beam of the boat. This expansive space creates a haven of privacy. There is a cosy fireplace nook, a built in bar which disappears into the panelling, and a popup flat screen TV at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is located behind the head of the bed and can be accessed from either side of the main cabin. The bathroom features a custom egg-shaped bathtub and Venetian style mirrors.
DECK ARRANGEMENT |
|
Heading up top, the owner requested the ambience of an interior lounge with homey detailing in the deck items.
A central forward bar area with umbrella style sunshades add to the feel of being in a hip lounge, while plenty of space has been set aside for sunning. With ample cover provided by the hard top, there is room on starboard side for a dining table bordering on a settee and space for eight guests. A curved counter top facing forward on the sundeck provides seating for four more, while a port side settee adds more space for extra guests. The aft portion of the sundeck features an amply sized, eight person Jacuzzi.
On the open forward area of the bridge deck lies plenty of space for sunning or enjoying the thrill of CELESTIAL HOPE's 25 knot top speed. A large C-shaped settee offers loads of relaxation space just forward of the helm on the bridge deck. Forward of this area is a very large sun pad that conceals a davit for unloading the twin Sea Doo's and 4.1metre rescue tender that are nicely tucked away at the bow. Aft of the owner's suite is a large dining area with a generous round table seating 12.
On the lower deck, just forward of the swim pad at the transom is a specially designed Hammam, or Turkish style steam room/bathing area.
The main doors in the saloon can be opened up to the very substantial aft deck, which creates a huge indoor outdoor party and entertainment area.

13. COMMENTS |
|
CELESTIAL HOPE was launched on Dec 2008 as project 14247 by the Heesen Yard in Holland. From conceptual idea to realisation, the project was given the task of becoming a distinctive & superb yacht: recognition fully endorsed by winning the prestigious Zeus statue for Best Motor Yacht in 2010 during the World Superyacht Awards in London.
Another award arrived for her from Hong Kong’s Asia Boating Awards for “Most Innovative Interiors”, created by Kamini Ezralow from Intarya design studio in London.
In December 2009 she became a family boat for summer cruises in the Med., where she continues to sail.
Since October 2010 she has spent every winter (7 months on average) out of the water and in the shed where all maintenance works are regularly carried out by the crew and the yard, maintaining her to the highest standards.
Although she is registered as a private yacht, she is maintaining all class and flag surveys and certifications on a voluntary basis.
