MAIN SALOON

With an emphasis on symmetry, upon entering the main saloon from the aft deck, a semi-circular lounging sofa can be found. Being able to rotate around the central table for a full 360 degrees, either as a whole or divided into two equally sized parts, this again proves the intelligence that has been put into the design. Separated from this lounging space by a bar, the surface of which double functions as part of the lighting scheme, the central sitting area can be found. Three sleek sofas, on large placed opposite two smaller pieces, form the main ingredients for the main lounge more formal central lounge area.

EXTERIOR DECK SPACES

Outside, guests are able to enjoy four different areas to spend time dining, lounging or simply relaxing. These social areas consist of a split-level sun deck with custom Jacuzzi, terrace and bar, a forward cockpit with U-shaped sofa and adjacent large sunbathing area, the upper aft deck dining area and the aft deck cockpit.

16. COMMENTS

In consultation with Van Oossanen Associates, Heesen’s in-house naval architects created a sophisticated and highly efficient hard-chine hull. When combined with Heesen’s acknowledged weight reduction expertise and a pair of high power-to-weight ratio MTU 2,720kW engines, SEPTIMUS is able to deliver her excellent 25 knots top speed as well as a very economical fuel burn and a particularly long range of 3,200nm at 12 knots. Frank Laupman, from Omega Architects, designed the clean lines of this new 50 metre semi displacement. The French designer, Rémi Tessier created the elegant interior of his yacht.

All machinery is maintained as described in the manufactures maintenance schedules and work, excluding basic servicing, has been completed by manufacturers authorised technicians.

MTU technicians worked on the main engines in May 2015, including sea trials. Port 2,120 hours, stbd 2,122 hours.

NPS technicians worked on the generators in January 2015. Port 7,444 hours, stbd 7,622 hours.

Basic servicing has then been on going in accordance with manufactures recommendations.
