Overview

This HEESEN was originally built for a prominent American European family who used her only for short private holidays. She has seen no charter use and has always been fully crewed.
The charm of this yacht inspired the second owner to undertake a cost what cost refit.
The recent refit has covered new paint and decks, complete new high spec bridge, upgrades to the fly bridge, engineering refit, the main engines with only 2500 hours since new have been disassembled and rebuilt in accordance with manufactures age recommendations, W6.
Built as a fast harbor to anchor yacht and with speeds to out run changes in weather she makes an ideal Mediterranean yacht, VAT paid and in absolute turnkey condition.

FUEL SYSTEM

Three Single Racor type fuel filters fitted with water sensors 2013, and two main engine MTU filters, the generators have two fuel filters. Two fuel electric transfer pumps with capacity meter, with manifold between tanks and main engines. Fuel window to observe fuel being bunkered.

WATER SYSTEM

Fresh water; 24V and 220V electric heavy-duty pumps, with pressure tank. Hotwater system by 2x115 litre boilers, electric heating system. Hot/Cold water shower at bathing platform. Watermaker HEM, ± 150 litres p/hr, positioned in Lazarete. Fully serviced by HEM dealers, new membrane and circulation pump 2014

SEWAGE SYSTEM

Black water; ORCA IIA system, major overhaul 2013, black water tank with heavy duty electric pump. Direct overboard discharge system, pumps replaced 2013 Electric fresh water flush toilets all toilets removed from yacht and rebuilt, Grey water; Grey water tank with electric pump. Direct overboard discharge system, opened and cleaned 2013 pump replaced 2013

BILGE SYSTEM

1x master 380V pump, 1x manual pump, 1x pump from stb main engine PTO. Manually controlled. Manifold for bilge sections, direct overboard exchangeable by-pass back-up system with deckwash/firefighting pump. All pumps replaced, manual pump rebuilt

DECKWASH & FIREFIGHTING SYSTEM

Exchangeable by-pass back-up system with bilge system.

Sea water system with four outlets, two on midships one fore and aft deck with hose. Pump replaced 2013

VENTILATION

Heavy duty mechanical engine room ventilation system with fire shutters.380V system, induction and extraction system. System rebuilt 2013

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Professional electrical installation built by Tijssen Electric, Holland. Main panel including fuse-breaker switches and indication control lamps in engine room and control panel with fuse-breaker switches and control lamps at steering position in wheelhouse. Voltage Ampere meters and low voltage alarm, charge discharge display. 220V sockets.
Voltage 24 V DC. 220V, 380V-50Hz AC. with reverse polarity indication.
Batteries 2 x 4 12V main engine start sets, each set consisting of four batteries Exide Heavy closed cell stowed in seaworthy boxes in engine room. 2012 2 x 2 12V generator start sets, each set consisting of two batteries Varta closed cell, stowed in seaworthy boxes in engine room. 2012 1 x 24V service set, Excite pro consisting of eight batteries, stowed in seaworthy boxes in engine room. 2x 24V emergency set for VHF SSB, consisting of one battery stowed in seaworthy box in wheelhouse. Emergency By-pass switch for start batteries.

Chargers: 1 x 24V make Mastervolt automatic charger for service set replaced 2012

Shore power: Shore power intake 380V in aft complete with cable. Ship shore transformer in lazarete.

Lighting: Interior lights 24V- 220V including halogen spots, TL-lamps in engine room All deck lights LED, with aft deck and stair lights equipped with dimmers 2013
