The Hylas 70, Spirit, is an impressive example of the builder's most recent Frers design, and flagship of the highly regarded Hylas series. Whether you're a coastal cruiser or potential circumnavigator, Spirit is a luxury performance cruising yacht with the integrity, exquisite finish and state of the art systems necessary to go anywhere.
The recent refit has taken a great design and transformed into a work of art. With the superstructure repainted and the hull she is showing beautifully. All interior trim has been recoated with high gloss varnish. All the mirrors in the heads have been replaced with beveled mirror. Spirit is a first-class world cruiser for about half the cost of a comparable, size, high quality US or European built semi-custom yacht, and more spacious than many 80’ foot sailboats in production in Eastern Europe. She is in brand new condition. German Frers, one of the finest naval architects in the world, has designed the newer Hylas models since 1996. Queen Long, the exclusive builder for Hylas, is an established quality company that perfected its building techniques and systems installation during the past 30 years. They have hundreds of proven yachts sailing worldwide.
