Overview
Sea Lion II is possibly the the best condition Leopard 27M for her year available on the market today. The yacht has been exceptionally well maintained by her full time crew of 4 including being lifted and anti-fouled, engine service and a complete hull treatment and polish - carried out every year since 2007.
The yacht has a unique layout in that the crew areas have been placed aft away from the owner and guest areas, offering enhanced privacy and a more pleasant layout in the saloon.
Starting from the stern, the yacht has a large sunbathing and seating area for those who enjoy the sun. The bow also has a very large sunbathing area ensuring guests can enjoy the thrill of the yacht's performance out on the water.
Moving inside, a bar, fridge and ice maker is close at hand and beyond are multiple seating areas in the saloon which can be made to be very open, using the electric hard top roof, or cosy and closed protecting all from the elements.
The saloon features a pop up entertainment system and extensive storage including dedicated crockery and cutlery neatly located in specially designed drawers.
The Helm station offers 3 race car style seats to ensure that everyone can enjoy the exceptional speed delivered by her MTU engines and Arneson drives.
Forward are the stairs to the guest accommodation with the owners suite comfortably located at midships, the VIP cabin forward which is separated by two cabins, one double and one twin which also features an additional pullman berth.
Also in the guest area is a day head (toilet) which means that additional guests do not need to use the facilities in the cabins.
Last date the boat was lifted from the water and anti-fouled: 15/07/2014
