This is a quality well maintained, semi-displacement aft cabin trawler powered by twin 275HP Lehmans, with a spacious two stateroom/two head layout, large open salon, and a dinette and galley down. The roomy aft deck is covered and perfect for entertaining. Cruising at an economical 9-10 knots she will get about two miles per gallon, or she can run on plane with a max speed of about 17 knots. The genset is an 8KW Onan, in a sound-shield. She was painted (with Imron) in 2006. A RIB and 9.9HP Yamaha is included. She has been well-maintained by a knowledgeable owner, has just returned from cruising, and she is ready for the next adventure.

Detailed Vessel Walkthrough

Step onto Simply Southern and notice the clean fresh looking exterior. She was painted topside in 2006 with Imron Paint.  Starting on the aft deck, you see a large entertaining area, with a wet bar, and storage.  A perfect place to enjoy breakfast and coffee or entertain friends.  Step up to the fly bridge and see the well appointed helm, and ample seating, also have access to the aft hard top where the Dingy and davit are stored. Go downstairs into the Cabin and see the large open feeling cabin with plenty of seating, lower helm station, and engine room access. Forward and down, is the dinette to port and Galley to starboard. Forward of that is the Guest stateroom and head.  Go all the way aft to the large full beam Master suite with its own private head.
