Overview
Completely rebuilt by professionals in 2006, only the bare fiberglass hull and bronze fixtures have been retained. The photos don't do justice to the excellent condition her owner maintains. She is a must see vessel if you appreciate fine workmanship on a traditional vessel.....to say nothing about how much fun and space is jammed into a fine 18' sailing beauty.
These are great cruisers that are easy to sail and are roomy enough to spend the night. They have a large cockpit for their size and are very stable. Sanderling is one of the oldest continuously produced fiberglass boats on the market, yet her racing record is astonishing with many boats competing in established fleets.
Completely upgraded with new power, sails, rigging, brightwork, cushions and a trailer. She is a true classic ready to cruise in the water. The varnish is fresh and the maintenance is up to date; so why buy new?
