New custom heat exchangers for both transmissions

Removed and de-scaled both engine heat exchangers and pressure tested

All new port hole gaskets replaced with OEM gaskets

Aft cockpit has both hot and cold fresh water shower and saltwater wash down

Replace all oil and water lines (high and low pressure), all belts & filters on both engines (CAT OEM.) 

Full engine/transmission detailing including removal, blast and powder coating of all guards.

Replacement of all fire extinguishers, recertify automatic engine room fire suppression system. 

Replace all interior and exterior lights with LED. 

Full rebuild of both heads including replacement of all black water lines. 

Replace both automatic shower sumps. Full NEST Internet based remote reporting and control of boat smoke/fire/motion detection & Webasto heating. 

Addition of 5 fuel tank inspection ports along with full inspection and polishing of fuel tank. 

Both fresh water and diesel sight gauges replaced. 

Replaced starboard starter along with complete replacement of all bridge switches including ignition switches. 

Webasto system purged, flushed and recharged along with replacement of all system filters. 

Webasto exhaust and controller replaced. 

Entire boat compounded and waxed. 

Both props removed tuned/calibrated. 

Outboard engine full major maintenance including replacement of all fuel lines/filters/clamps impeller, plugs and fluids and Tender steering control cable. 

High definition color Striker4 Garmin Fishfinder/Fathometer installed on Tender. 

Replaced Salon carpet. 

Replacement of Galley fixtures including garbage disposer and rebuild of trash compactor. 

All external window rubber trim replaced. 

AIS Class B upgraded with new separate antenna. New flybridge Raymarine VHF with GPS/SOS/AIS. 

Shaft lock safety collars added to both shafts to allow running single engine without danger of freewheeling shaft working free from idle engine flange. 

This a well maintained 44' Ocean Alexander 440 model with all of the key features - - bimini with full enclosure, aft deck hardtop with full enclosure, bow thruster, diesel furnace, Seawise davit, Apex dinghy with 20hp Nissan, generator and inverter, and Caterpillar engines.
