Accommodations and Layout

The large salon is accessed from the cockpit, through a sliding entry door on the starboard side. The L-shaped leather sofa with accent pillows is in the port aft corner of the salon. There is Rod storage under the sofa. There is also a leather chair, entertainment center and a breakfast bar with three stools. Interior fabrics, furnishing, carpets, woodwork, headliners etc. ALL in great shape and have been updated and upgraded.

Moving forward and down a step to starboard is the galley. There is a washer/dryer built in beneath the galley sole 

Forward are 3 staterooms and 2 heads, both with showers stalls.

The master stateroom forward has a Island berth with drawers under, two hanging lockers, TV/VCR, and a private Ensuite head with shower.

Remarks

Beautifully maintained and ready for the next owner !  The boat is very clean, The hull has a nice luster, interior has been updated/upgraded and engine room is clean and orderly.

Engines were majored in 2010/ 600 hours ago approximately and Portside overhauled in May 2016 with approx 12 hours since overhaul. 

Definitely worth a look for either the Cruising and/or fishing family, This boat does it all in comfort ! !
