 One of the nicest 53 Oceans on the market. A long list of upgrades and additions including Alex Seal cloud white exterior paint, hull & topsides, new teak cockpit and covering boards, new interior soft goods, new sea-chest through-hulls, raw water strainers, new fuel polishing system, and many other  upgrades in 2009. Majored Detroit Diesel 8V92's with 700 hours. New Garmin 1040XS, 2015.

Accommodations

The three stateroom, galley up layout of the 53' Ocean is the most popular. Spacious salon features a large L Shaped sofa to port, barrel chairs to starboard with wet bar and teak cabinetry throughout. The galley is up and to port with a dinette to starboard and entertainment center with new flat screen TV. Proceeding forward and down three steps  is a guest cabin to starboard. Master with Queen bed with en suite head is to port. The laundry center is on the starboard side of the companionway with the guest head just forward. The VIP is forward and features a queen bed and en suite head.
