Overview
Delivered by Dutch megayacht specialist Oceanco in 2005, and only privately used since then, the 62.3m SEA WALK offers vast deck space as well as a lavish accommodation for up to 12 guests. Her art deco interior designed by Francois Zuretti epitomises elegance and provides several luxurious relaxation and dining areas. The yacht’s substantial volume of 1,166 GT is particularly apparent on the owner’s deck, where the ceiling height reaches 2.3m. The forward-facing master suite is host to a private saloon and offers stunning views through arched windows. The split-level bathroom is nothing short of spectacular with a sunken spa bath and ornate marble and gold details. Four guest cabins, including two double and two twins, are located on the lower deck, all en suite. There is also an additional guest bunk cabin on the main deck to accommodate kids or additional staff. In 2014 the yacht completed an extensive refit and became an International Superyacht Society Awards 2014 Best Refit finalist. The project by Azure Yacht Design and H2 Design involved extending the main aft deck to include a large Jacuzzi and new sliding doors between the swim platform and the beach club. A special feature of the new layout is the direct access from the guest lobby on the lower deck to the tender garage and beach club. The current owner also completely updated the AV controls in all the guest areas. Commissioned for a keen yachtsman with extensive cruising in mind, SEA WALK boasts large storage areas, good sized pantries and well-appointed crew and service areas. A notable technical feature is the installation of electric converters allowing her to plug in at any dock around the world regardless of the frequency. Built to the highest requirements of Lloyd’s Register and MCA, the yacht has only ever been privately used by her two owners since delivery, resulting in low engine hours. Currently completing her 15-year survey, SEA WALK presents a fantastic opportunity to own a Northern-European pedigree yacht, in fantastic condition ready for the forthcoming season.
