Designed by C. Raymond Hunt Associates, this Canadian-built vessel has a lot to offer the cruising sailor or the club racer. Below she is quite spacious with a two-cabin layout & a quarter berth offering sleeping for 5. The L-shaped galley includes a gimbaled stove, SS sink & top loading ice box. The head & vanity are located just aft of the fore peak cabin & private from the main salon. The table stows on the bulkhead when not in use. Most can stand up in the main cabin. 

The PY 26 was built in Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia, until 1977, when production was taken over by the AMF Corporation of Connecticut. In the early 1980s, Tanzer Yachts obtained the molds for this boat and manufactured and marketed it as the TANZER 27.
