Overview

"Knot Working" is a well-maintained 2003 Regal 3860 Express.  She has twin low-hour Volvo Penta 420 hp 8.1 liter gas engines, and also has a bow thruster. Engine hours are under 475.  She is equipped with a Kohler generator (200 hours), and central air conditioning and heat.   The layout features two staterooms, and two heads and a salon sofa that converts to a berth to accommodate up to 6 family members.

The exterior and interior layouts are great for entertaining and cruising.  The owners have maintained her in excellent condition, and have replaced the canvas, Stratoglass and all vinyl seating.  All electronics updated with Garmin 5212 touchscreen. Underwater lights, JL Audio Stereo, too much to list.

 

Notable Information

The Regal Commodore 3860, with its innovative aft-cockpit design, comes complete with a hi-lo table that converts into a large sun pad. As well, the entire aft seating group can be quickly removed for fishing and other water sports. Cockpit sink with the optional refrigerator.

An adjustable, triple-wide helm seat features a pop-up leaning bolster and the dash panel features illuminated, water-resistant accessory switches and circuit breakers. The extra large transom lockers house fenders, dockside cords, stern anchor, and other gear. An AC/DC service panel features volt and amp meters, breaker switches, and a 110-volt crossover switch providing easy access to all electrical systems.

Belowdecks, the 3860 features a richly appointed salon with an L-shaped dinette that converts for additional sleeping accommodations. A galley with stainless sink, two-burner electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, concealed refrigerator, and Corian countertop complete the main cabin.
