Overview
''It's the young people's rocket'' was the slogan of Riva when the Junior model was launched in 1966. RIVA Junior got its name simply for being the smallest boat in the range. It was defined as a multipurpose boat, mainly for water ski and tender purpose. It had both sides and the stern painted white for easy maintenance. Sognatore, a 1967 model build # 141, is a finely crafted runabout ready for the young at heart! She had a major renovation around 2013, including a whole new bottom. Photos of this renovation are available on request. This spring (2019) a new/renovated 180 HP Riva-Crusader V-8 engine has been installed. Call for an appointment to see her but bring your checkbook because you will love her!
