Overview

1999 Sea Ray 270 powered with a low hour Mercruiser 7.4L MPi w/ Bravo 3 outdrive.

There's plenty of room for family and friends to relax in the spacious cockpit, with a
helm seat, aft-facing seat, portside sun lounger and aft bench seat.
The portside lounger is great for sunning or snoozing.
The adjustable double helm seat, with a handy flip-up thigh-rise bolster, faces a
control console with full instrumentation, waterproof switches, compass and depth
finder.

The well equipped galley contains a dual-voltage refrigerator, butane stove,
microwave, sink, and plenty of upper and lower storage.
The roomy mid-cabin berth provides superior comfort for guests, with light and
ventilation added by an aft-facing screened window and privacy provided by window
curtains and a ceiling-to-floor
curtain.

The canvas package includes a
Bimini top, boot and vertical top storage.

Kept in the northern Chesapeake Bay which is Fresh to Brackish water!!!
ENGINE REPLACED IN 2009!!!!

Outdrive has wear and is nearing the end of its
useful life and should be replaced. Price  is in light of the eventual need to
replace the outdrive.
