This was the long-awaited replacement model for the 390 Express Cruiser (1984–91), and while she has less beam than her predecessor, she was a big step up in luxury and appearance. Built on a deep-V hull with a solid fiberglass bottom, the two-stateroom interior of the 400 Express offers comfortable accommodations for six. The master stateroom includes a pedestal island berth as well as a TV/VCR and a privacy door, and a circular pocket door closes off the starboard sitting room, converting it into a private stateroom with a full-size bed and convertible upper bunk. A separate shower stall is found in the head, and the large galley includes a breakfast bar and generous in the cockpit,"

This 1992 Sea Ray 400 Express with Tower offers spacious updated accommodations with two private staterooms, for a yacht this size. All the soft-goods have been replaced with the exception of the salon sofa; new wall-coverings, carpets, and ceiling liners provide a fresh, clean and updated look to the interior. The private Master stateroom with queen berth is forward with hanging lockers to port & starboard, TV to starboard, shelves port & starboard, and seat to port. 

The private Guest stateroom is to starboard with over-under bunks and a hanging locker.  The Head with separate shower is to port, and aft is the galley to port with a 2017 Norcold 120V/12V Refrigerator with Freezer

The Salon features convertible dinette to starboard, overhead storage cabinets to port & starboard. 

The spacious cockpit features the Helm station to starboard with double-wide helm seat, double wide companion seat to port both with storage underneath. U-shaped lounge seating aft to starboard, sink with ice maker & single seat to port, stern door to port, large 2 tiered swim platform with built-in fender holders and a SS folding swim ladder.
