Havnfun a Sea Ray 400 Sundancer with low hour Caterpillar 3116's is ready for her next owner.  This very popular and practical family cruiser has been well maintained by her owner that features a large open cockpit with ample seating and mid cabin interior. Whether for weekend excursions or extended cruising the Sea Ray 400 Sundancer is the one.
On deck we have an adjustable helm seat, double wide companion seat, the helm features full analog instrumentation, Furuno Radar, Garmin GPS chart plotter and depth, VHF Marine Radio, Compass and Hydraulic Steering.  A fiberglass radar arch with Bimini attached, a wrap around cockpit lounge seating, wet bar, and access to the extended swim platform & shower thru a transom door.
The Salon has a port side galley area with all the amenities of a high end at home kitchen with Corian Counter top, opposite the galley is a convertible dinette with leather settee and dining table.  Having all the creature comforts of home, Air Conditioning and Reverse Cycle heating system along with an entertainment center is at your finger tips for family and friends to enjoy.   The mid/aft cabin is a conversation area during the day and coverts into a double berth at night.  The forward stateroom has a large queen size berth with cedar line lockers with the master head with a vacu- flush toilet, vanity and full size shower enclosure.  The guest head features a vacu-flush head and vanity.
The foredeck is easily accessible with a through-bolted Stainless Steel Railing System for those who sun worship on the Sun Pad. 
All new Marine Batteries installed in 2019, water pump impellers done in 2018, Commissioning for the seasons has been started give me a call to do a virtual tour
