This very well maintained 44' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge is the perfect combination of fun and elegance. As you step onto the cockpit you will find ample space for entertaining, seating, and storage. Walking into the salon through a sliding glass door gives you the cozy feel of home with two comfortable settees located to port and starboard. The dining area with L-shaped seating and swiveling table is conveniently located on the port side overlooking the salon and galley. A top of the line entertainment center that includes a flatscreen TV, DVD player, and stereo system is linked to speakers throughout the interior of the vessel to bring life to every room. Leaving the salon and stepping down into the galley allows you to experience this spacious area. With storage on the floor, counters, cabinets, and large pantry you will have no issues loading the vessel with food and drinks to entertain a large group of your friends or set out for a long range trip. At 20 knots this yacht can go 200 nautical miles non stop. The galley is equipped with a double burner Kenyon stovetop, Panasonic microwave/convection oven, and a 6 cu. ft. Norcold refrigerator with freezer. Underneath the steps leading to the galley you will find the washer/dryer and additional storage space. Just forward of the galley to port is the entrance to the guest state room with two twin beds that can be easily converted to one king size bed. Ample storage and great lighting will provide your guests with a comfortable experience. The guest head/shower is equipped with Grohe faucets (sink and shower) and a large VacuFlush head. Moving into the master stateroom it is easy to spot the comforts of this area right away. It is fully equipped with a full size bed, large flatscreen TV, hanging lockers, and storage throughout the entire room. Private entrance to the master head/shower is located on the starboard side. Also equipped with Grohe faucets (sink and shower) and large VacuFlush head, this room has plenty of storage in the medicine cabinet and under the sink. As you walk aft and up to the bridge you will find a comfortable U-shaped seating area with a table that allows the captain to have company while at the helm. This command station is well equipped with 2 Lowrance GPS screens, RayMarine radar,  RayMarine autopilot, and SmartCraft Diagnostics screen among numerous other instruments that make cruising this yacht an absolute pleasure for any captain. With her 4 sided enclosure you will have a clear 360° sight line of the vessel from the bridge. A deck hatch on the cockpit allows access to the engine room. This vessel has twin Cummins QSC-500 Diesel engines (478 hp each) and one 9 kW Onan generator.
