Description

Sea Breeze III" has been captain maintained and is in good condition. The owner has spent an additional $15,000 in 2010 on upgrades and in 2015 a new Norcold refrigerator, new battery charger 60 amp, Xantrax truecharge and all fire extinguishing system inspected. As you step aboard, the cockpit has ample room for 2 lounges, and a nice area to relax with built-in bar with sink, ice maker, and storage. The bridge has built-in seating for 4 comfortably at the helm. Forward of the helm is additional seating for 4 with storage. Stepping down into the open salon, dining and galley, the yacht looks absolutely beautiful with light beige carpet with sculpture rug, light tan wraparound sofa for 5 to starboard with custom pillows and ottoman for storage. To port is cabinetry for storage including a Sharp TV and Home Theater System for entertainment. Forward to Port is the dinette with wraparound seating and adjustable table. To Starboard is a fully equipped galley.  The queen master suite is aft with own ensuite.

 

Interior Layout & Accommodations

The "Sea Breeze III" has accommodations for six (6), two (2) in each stateroom and two (2) on the convertible settee. The headliner is white vinyl and the cabin sole is beige carpet. The salon windows are covered with blinds and the material on the settee and dinette is also a white vinyl. There are two (2) reverse cycle air conditioners for comfort. In the forward VIP state room is an ORION 13" color TV, the master cabin has an 18" SHARP flat screen TV and the salon has a 20" SHARP flat screen TV. All the televisions are connected to Direct TV. There is also a Sony AM/FM CD and DVD player all for entertainment.

 

There is a head in each cabin with separate showers and pressurized hot and cold water. The galley is down and includes the following:

  • New Norcold Refrigerator (2015)
  • Princess Three (3) Burner range and oven.
  • General Electric microwave
  • Black and Decker Spacemaker coffee maker
  • Raritan Ice Maker

Staterooms

The Master Stateroom is aft with a queen size bed with own ensuite. Two (2) hanging lockers, TV, recessed storage, custom shades, comforter, and shams.

 

The VIP is forward with a double bed, custom spreads, two (2) hanging lockers, TV, and storage under bed. The head & shower can be entered from the VIP stateroom or as a day head to Portside.
