Overview

"Sea Change II" is a very well-kept Silverton 46' Motoryacht that is the perfect choice for family cruising and/or live-aboard.  She offers 3 Staterooms, 117.3 square feet of salon space, full dinette and galley, and reliable Detroit Diesel engines.  Current (2nd) owners have enjoyed the yacht since 1998, and have kept her in excellent condition.  This list of upgrades is very impressive, and is a testament as to how well-loved the boat has been by her owners.  Very well done!!

Vessel Walkthrough

At the time that this boat was built, the 46' was the largest in the Silverton fleet.  The design team did an excellent job with the layout, offering three staterooms and two full heads within her solid fiberglass hull.  While this boat is an aft cabin motor yacht, it's more spacious than most. All the way forward you have the VIP stateroom with large center berth followed on the port side with the guest stateroom with upper and lower berth.  This stateroom easily converts to an office with its fold-out desk. Across the companion way is the guest head with full sized shower and aft of the head is the roomy utility closet. Continuing aft is a large dinette to starboard and full galley to port, with every available amenity available. Up two steps to the full width salon with large L shape settee and barrel chair, sound system and the flat-screen TV with DVD player (new 2013). Down and aft on the starboard side is the master stateroom which has a walk around queen berth w/ (Tempur-Pedic mattress topper), two large hanging lockers, bed-side tables with drawers, vanity with mirror and storage, full-length mirror, reading lights, separate air conditioning system (new 2014) and large head with full shower. Up and aft of the salon is the fully enclosed aft deck with custom seating with bar area and sink. The fly bridge on this boat is also fully enclosed with plenty of seating and excellent visibility.

Highlights & Special Features

The 46' Motoryacht was one of the biggest boats that Silverton ever produced and they combined conservative styling and roomy accommodations in a very reasonable price.

The 46' Silverton rides on a solid fiberglass hull with a wide beam and 17 degrees of transom deadrise.

The interior is traditional with staterooms fore and aft with the galley and dinette down.

The salon area is very large and comfortable with an L shaped sofa to port. Storage is abundant throughout the yacht

The second guest cabin has a foldaway berth that converts to a lounge, giving this boat a very unique layout.

Topside, the aft deck has a hardtop with dingy chocks, an entertainment center, wet bar along with a large flybridge that is arranged with bench seating aft of the helm

Other features include foredeck seating, radar arch, wide sidedecks, largely updated electronics package, recently upgraded entertainment center (new Flat-screen TV and DVD player), new flybridge canvas and enclosure, and recently upgraded salon and master stateroom air conditioning.
