VAY is a sailing yacht with a length of 40.40 m. The yacht's builder is Su Marine from Turkey who delivered superyacht in 2013. The superyacht has a beam of 8.0 m, a draft of 3.0 m and a volume of 175 GT. She provides excellent sailing in comfort with a fin keel, hydraulic assist and full sails.

A blend of tradition and modernity, VAY was designed in keeping with the comfortable layout of a Turkish “Gulet” motorsailer, whilst fully embracing modern systems and style. Her hull has efficient flat sections midships, a finer bow and fuller stern along with a relatively shallow semi-long keel providing stability for extended cruises under sail. The super strength mid-weight hull is an all laminated construction of mostly iroko, ensuring a safety and ease of movement.

The gulet yacht features exterior design by Taka Yacht Design, with naval architecture by Taka Yacht Design. Up to 10 guests are accommodated on board the superyacht VAY. There are 3 cabins for 6 crew. Large well equipped galley and plenty of storage place. The full beam beautiful master stateroom is located at the fore and has ensuite and full size walk in wardrobe.

Ketch Rigged Sailing Yacht highly equipped (LEWMAR equipment) and with very good sailing performance. She often gets the first place in local races (2021 Bodrum Cap) VAY is kept in very good condition and she is very well maintained.

VAY has a wood hull and wood superstructure. She is powered by 2 Scania engines, which give her a cruising speed of 13.0 kn. The yacht carries 8,800 liters of fuel on board, and 5,160 liters of water. Electrical Power is provided by 2 X 50 kw Cummins Onan generators.
