Overview

This Sunseeker is an incredible deal and has to be seen to be believed. Only used in fresh water on the Great Lakes she has been kept on a lift under cover during the summer months and heated storage in the winter. The vessel is in extremely good condition from top to bottom. The gelcoat and exterior coatings including the canvas shows like new. The teak decking is original and looks in great condition. The interior furniture is in high gloss cherry wood that looks like new and the original fabrics and carpets throughout are impeccable. The factory supplied flatware and china service has never been used so the buyer will feel as if taking delivery of a new Sunseeker.
Custom convertible furniture in the lower salon for an extra berth and an custom sunpad for the cockpit table to to create a nice sunpad aft.
Maintained by a boating enthusiast who takes pride in ownership with consistent cleaning and detailing that can be clearly seen in the condition of the vessel.
All systems onboard have been tested and in good working condition. Will survey very well to facilitate a quick sale.



 

Accommodations

The main deck cockpit area is a large open area with sofa to port and furniture to starboard. The Starboard furniture has the BBQ, fridge and sink including storage and a TV retracting into the furniture out of sight. The aft table and seating area has a custom cushion insert for the table that lowers down to make a sun-pad. The forward deck area has a sun-pad with speakers, stainless steel grab rails and cup holders. All sofa and seating materials are in very good condition with no signs of excessive wear. Teak decking is in good condition and gel coat is like new. A large retractable sunroof and power side windows allow sun and fresh air into the cock pit.

Forward in the cockpit there is a pilot and co-pilot seating arrangement with helm dashboard to starboard and chart table / storage area to port.

Accommodations on lower deck has three cabins consisting of VIP, Master and twin bunk bed cabin to starboard. VIP and Master have ensuite and twin bunk cabin utilizes the day head and shower. Galley area to port with original factory supplied table service that has never been used. Built in coffee maker never used. Interior furnishings in high gloss cherry wood throughout with suede overhead panels all in good condition. Carpets and bathroom flooring in very good condition. All fabrics and bedding are original and very rarely used in great condition.

Aft Deck

Aft deck and swim platform has teak decking and is hydraulic to lower into the water. The aft deck fittings include water fill, cable TV connection and 220V 50 amp shore power cord on Glendenning cable reel. The standard aft deck furniture has a custom cushion for the table to covert the aft deck table into a sun pad. Exterior aft deck canvas looks like new.

Cockpit

The cockpit has an upgraded A/C package ordered from factory that cools the area very well. All sofa materials and furniture in cockpit are in great condition with no scuffs or dents. A TV on an actuator retracts into the furniture. Upgraded stereo system is easy to use with Ipod connection. Copilot seating with chart surface and storage underneath. Storage under sofa's and a dedicated storage box to port for lines and deck equipment. BBQ, fridge and sink on starboard side furniture with additional storage underneath. Teak decking in cockpit is in good condition. The sunroof and side windows are in good working order.

Engine room and propulsion package

Engine room is very clean. Two stainless steel sadle fuel tanks gravity feed to main fuel tank. MAN engines and reduction gears in v drive configuration and conventional shaft propulsion. Water injected exhaust risers with heat shields connected to water line and underwater exhaust bypass. Kohler 23kw generator with verna lift water injected exhaust approximately 1100 hrs. Engines recently serviced and fuel tank polished for clean fuel and fuel tank.  
Engine and house batteries recently changed and in good condition.
Wall mounted main engine electronic modules and battery charges to port and starboard with main electrical breaker box on forward bulkhead.
