UPDATE:  The Genoa is no longer one of the sails. It was damaged beyond repair in Zeta. Also, one of the solar panels blew off so there is one instead of 2 solar panels. ALL canvas needs to be replaced.

A true-blue water cruiser.  Cutter rigged with aft cockpit.  The interior features tri cabin layout with forward and aft staterooms and a spacious main salon with access to adjoining head with a full shower.  The owner's stateroom is aft with a double berth and hanging locker.  In the main salon the port bench seat converts to a pipe berth.  The aft facing nav. station is quickly accessible for the cockpit.  The U-shaped galley is to starboard with Force-10 3 burner stove/oven, microwave, refrigeration.  Beautiful teak joinery throughout the cabins.

With her fin keel the Tayana has a more modern underbody than many comparables and sails well. She has a double spreader main and cutter rig for 1,000 square feet of canvas. Combined with her heavy displacement of near 30,000 pounds, she is a stout boat that can handle heavy weather and still make good progress.
