She's been stored in fresh water her entire life and her systems have been maintained well. This is not a houseboat that is stuck in one place--move her freely! 

Relax on the foredeck and grill out inside the full new screen enclosure that will protect you from the Florida mosquitos, or invite friends over and throw a party on the massive top deck. You can steer her from both inside and out...take her for a sunset cruise on the river!
