One of the last ones made ending a great production run from 1983 - 1990 for these well built popular 44' Viking Double Cabin Motor Yachts . . . . . Built on a modified vee hull and Designed for fast and comfortable cruising and showing the sleek profile styling of the 46 Viking Convertible.
The 44 features a large salon with the forward companionway offset to starboard.The interior is an attractive blend of rich teak joinerwork, the galley is down a couple of steps to starboard with a convertible dinette lounge to port. The forward Guest cabin features a double berth and entrance to the forward head and the Aft cabin features a walkaround queen with an ensuite head.. There's plenty of space on the aft deck which is covered by a factory fiberglass hardtop and plexi-curtains all around for entertaining and 2 steps up to the flybridge with helm and companion seat aft of the centerline helm and additional seating forward. The bridge too is covered by the factory fiberglass hardtop.
Hull is in nice condition for a 1990 vessel and interior is the good condition as well but will need some TLC updating by new owners to suit their tastes

Walkthrough:
As you enter the cabin there is an L-shaped sofa to port and a wet bar forward of the sofa. Down 2 steps to port is a convertible dinette and across to starboard is the spacious galley. Forward of the galley is the guest/day head which also features access to the forward guest cabin. The guest cabin features a queen berth with shelfs port and starboard and hanging lockers,drawer storage. The Master stateroom is aft and features a centerline queen walkaround, ensuite head with shower stall, hanging lockers and drawer storage.
Aft Deck:
Hardtop/enclosed aft deck is furnished and features good storage, wetbar.
Bridge:
The Hardtop/enclosed Flybridge is 2 steps up from aft deck and features Helm and companion seat aft of centerline helm and additional seating in front and to the side of the helm
