This 44 Viking Motor Yacht is a double cabin model designed for fast and comfortable cruising. This Viking has main salon with the forward companionway offset to starboard. The interior is quite comfortable- it has an attractive blend of natural wood teak hardwoods with designer fabrics. The teak and holly parquet flooring is an nice attractive touch. Topside, there is plenty of space on the full width aft deck for entertaining and the flybridge is arranged with guest seating forward of the helm console. It features wide side decks that lead forward and aft.

Galley

A fully functional galley complete Princess oven and stove top, Whirlpool Refrigerator, hideaway sliding trash drawer, countertop lighting. Located directly across from the cozy dinette. The clothes washer and dryer are located just forward of the galley behind louver doors.

Engine & Mechanical

Powered by twin Detroit Diesel 6V71's with over 3800 hours received a minor overhaul on the Starboard Engine in 2014 and major overhaul on Port engine in 2014. The work was conducted by Western Branch Diesel. The Onan Diesel Generator 7.3 KW was installed in 2015 and has less than 30 hours on it. The bottom was pressure washed, painted and zincs changed in March of 2015.

Accommodations

A beautiful combination of dark hardwoods and the latest in fabrics bless the interior of this Viking. A majority of the light has been upgraded to LED lighting. The air conditioning systems were replaced in 2013- one in the main salon and one in the aft stateroom. The leather upholstery on the main salon couch and on the dinette give it a warm and comfortable feel. Equipped with a clothes washer and dryer to do the laundry on board. A computer is also on board with over 5000 music albums for listening and movies to view on the 32" Westinghouse TV.

Bridge

Just a couple of steps up the main salon, the plenty of room to control and navigate while cruising with your guests.The Hard Top was customized to accommodate the previous owner who stood 6' 3". The Radar Arch was added to at that same time. Both additions are unique to this vessel and you will find on no other similar Viking. The helm station is equipped with Standard Horizon VHF radio, Robertson AP 300 Cruise Control, Garmin Radar/GPS/Chartplotter 5012installed in 2015. The AIS(Vessel Identification System) is integrated into the Garmin Units.Stereo/CD player with 4 Pyle Speakers.

Aft Deck

A very spacious aft deck includes a wet bar, outdoor couch and 2 outdoor chairs, ice maker installed in 2015 and wine chiller/refrigerator installed in 2016. Stereo/CD player with 4 Pyle speakers.
